Côte d’Été, summer on the coast. The editorial cut of the Mystical series, and the brightest thing in it: a yellow bikini that basically glows against a wall of green hedge.

She’s down low on the deck, that wall of leaves behind her, the sun hammering straight down with no clouds and no mercy. Midday Miami, the kind of light most people shoot around. I pointed straight into it instead and let the yellow do all the shouting.

Only seven frames in this one, which I like. No padding, no filler, just the strongest few from a session that was all heat and hedges. Bright, still, held like the breath right before you move.
